Personalized Pacifiers As Seen On Kendra Wilkerson Show

personalized pacifiers

Looking for a great baby shower gift or a gift for your little one?  Try these adorable personalized pacifiers.  They come in an array of colors and styles and can be found at, My Pacifier.   Kendra Wilkerson and Kourtney Kardashian have used these personalized pacifiers for their sons, Hank and Mason.  They have also been featured on Today.
Not only are they adorable, endorsed by celebrities and their babies, but they are reasonably priced.  The Designer pacifiers, shown below, are only $5.00 and the Personalized pacifiers, above, start at 3 for $15.00.  Really not a bad price for a unique gift.  I wish I had found this site when my Xavier was small.  He actually used his pacifier for 2 years, so I would have definitely gotten my money’s worth for the price.  Zarriah never used a pacifier, she was content with her fingers.

The site offers Orthodontic pacifiers.  You can actually see what the personalized pacifier with your child’s name will look like on the site.  They have a variety of colors and symbols to choose from.  You can choose the same color or mix it up for a little variety for the personalized pacifiers.  This site is worth a visit, the pacifiers will make a great baby gift.

Fabulous Baby Finds – Mud Pie Boots

Are these boots adorable or what?  As you know, I’m a high heel boot wearing momma.  So is my daughter, and we’re training my granddaughter.  I had to share this find with you.  I purchased them for Zarriah this Christmas.  I can’t wait to see her with these on with her skinny jeans.  Yep, I found a pair of skinny jeans for her too.

The boots are made by Mud Pie, and they look as great in person as they do in the photo.  Most of Mud Pie clothing line fits ages 0-6 months.  The boots follow the same sizing, so Zarriah should get a lot of wear out of them.

I found them at Amazon  for $22.99.  I’m an Amazon Mom, so shipping is free. The boots have a velcro closure, so you can adjust them when needed.  The ribbon is made of satin and is high quality.  The label states that the boots can be machine washed, but I would be leery.  I’ll spot clean them.  If you’re looking for an after Christmas gift or nice baby shower gift, head over to Amazon and order a pair of these.  They are adorable, you won’t be disappointed.

Green To Grow Baby Bottle Give Away

Green to Grow has become a front runner for it’s BPA free baby bottles and nipples. As parents we want nothing but the best for our babies. Green to Grow is making 5 and 10-ounce dishwasher-safe baby bottles with beginner (0-3 months), intermediate (3-6 months), or expert (6+ months) nipples. You ask what is BPA? BPA is the abbreviation for Bisphenol A. Bisphenol A is a chemical thought to be hazardous to humans. In 2008, the media reported on the findings of the government when they questioned its safety. Retailers began removing BPA products from their shelves. Green to Grow, which is owned by a Los Angeles-based husband and wife team, decided to make a commitment to produce BPA Free products for our children. They package their products in 100 percent recycled paper and donate 1 percent of its revenue to environmental causes. They also manage a “Bottle to Babies” program that distributes baby bottles to women’s and homeless shelters. I love companies who donate back to the community, especially to women who are in need for their children. I was thrilled when I was given the opportunity to review one of the Green To Grow bottles. I was sent the 10 oz. wide mouth bottle shown. It has an adorable little smiling fruit on the face of the bottle and comes with the nipple and cap. Green To Grow bottles have been featured Pregnancy & Newborn, Baby Couture, Today’s Parent magazines as well as ABC and NBC news.  Green To Grow has a Welcome Home Set too. It includes everything new parents need to start nourishing a baby with confidence. The set includes: two 5 oz BPA-free baby bottles, two 10 oz BPA-free baby bottles (all of which come with Beginner nipples, 0 ā€“ 3 months); one package of Intermediate nipples (3 nipples per pack, 3 ā€“ 6 months); one package of Expert nipples (3 nipples per pack, 6+ months); and a super soft, organic cotton baby cloth, good for burps, slurps, baths, and splashes! This set will make a great baby shower or new baby gift.

You can win the Green To Grow wide neck bottle shown. Here’s how: Visit Green To Grow and leave us a comment telling us what item you would purchase for your baby or a baby shower gift. Give Away will end August 20, 2009 at mid-night. Give Away is open to US Residents 18+ only.

Big Book for Dads Give Away

It’s no secret that Dads are usually left out of celebrations such as baby showers or just the experience of having a new baby. Mom gets the attention initially and than baby. Dads linger in the background, waiting patiently to take on his new role.  He endures mom’s mid-night cravings and mood swings as she gains the attention of family, friends and strangers alike.

I remember my son-in-law enduring the attention that my daughter was getting when she was carrying my grandson. He was so loving and willing to take the back seat. He did ask for a stroller and car seat of his own when the baby was born. He didn’t want to worry about taking the car seat of his truck once it was installed and he wanted to have his own stroller for leisurely walks in the morning or evenings. He is a great father and spends hours with his son playing, reading, giving him a bath, doing everything a father loves to do with his son.  I am so blessed to have him as my son-in-law.

Giggles & Sugar Kisses came across this Little Big Book for Dads. It’s published by Random House and filled with ideas that will keep father and son or father and daughter busy for hours. It includes activities for making sandcastles, flying kites, ideas for games, and making mac and cheese. It includes stories, Jack and the Bean Stalk, The Boy Who Cried Wolf among others. It is beautifully illustrated and contains a hard back cover. This book retails for $24.95 and is worth every penny.  It’s perfect for the new dad.  It will make a great baby shower or new baby gift.

You can be the winner of this book compliments of Random House. Here’s how: visit the children’s section at Random House and let us know what book besides the give away you would like to have. Leave us a comment and let us know what you found.

Baby Dipper Bowl Give Away

Need to free up a hand when you feed your infant? Wish the bowl didn’t move when your toddler eats? The Baby Dipper Bowl is your answer. Barbara Schwartz holds the patent on this ingenious invention and owns http://www.babydipper.com/

I was excited when Barabar asked me to review The Baby Dipper Bowl. We’re always on the look out for products that make make life easier for mom. When I received the set, I was impressed. I love the color of the bowl and the shape was well thought out. The shape helps with placing the food onto the spoon and the spoon rests in the bowl easily. Great concept if you have the baby in your arms rather than the high chair, which happens often when visiting friends or grandma.

The spoon is contoured with a contrasting handle in yellow. This is a great stimulation for baby. The bowl has a non-slip base to help prevent sliding. This benefit is two-fold, great bonus for mom keeping the bowl stationary while feeding baby and a great bonus for toddlers learning to feed themselves.

The bowl is great for cereal or apple sauce for infants and toddler’s fruits or spaghetti. This set would be a great practical baby shower or new baby gift for a first time mother too. The Baby Dipper Bowl gets two snaps and a booty shake. It goes in grandma’s bag for sure.

One of our readers will be the recipient of The Baby Dipper Bowl too. How awesome is that! The packaging is very nice, it’s ready for gift giving when received. Here’s how you can win? Visit The Baby Dipper Bowl and let us know what you like about the set. Please leave a valid email address. Posts with invalid addresses will be disqualified Give Away will end April 1, 2009 at mid-night and is open to US and Canada Residents 18+ only.

No Slip Charlie Give Away

Get a grip on your wet baby with No Slip Charlie. I had an opportunity to try No Slip Charlie on my grandson. They are wonderful. I only wish that I discovered them when he was an infant. My daughter was intimidated when it came to bathing Xavier. She was so afraid that he was going to slip out of her hands. She didn’t become comfortable bathing him until he was several months old. These gloves would be have been a perfect solution to calm her fears.
Before No Slip Charlie, I used a loofah on my grandson. He loves for Gran to use No Slip Charlies now. He gets a kick out of seeing my fingers wiggle through the opening, and the mitts are softer against his skin than the loofah.

These nifty gloves were invented by Kim Shulman. Kim understood the stress of new moms and slippery babies after the birth of her son, Charlie. The bathroom can be a dangerous area with a wet baby. Kim decided to take action, we now have No Slip Charlie named after her son.

The gloves are made of a soft fabric that allows you to grip your baby comfortably. Your fingers are free to shampoo your baby’s hair to and touch them lovely during bath time. The package also contains terry cloth mitts for bathing baby. They slip off easily when needed, and are available in pink and blue.

Every mother wants to feel comfortable bathing her new bundle of joy. No Slip Charlie and a bath towel from Giggles & Sugar Kisses would make a great baby shower or new baby gift. You can get a lot of mileage out of this cozy combination. I’m using the gloves on my 1 year old grandson. They get 3 snaps, a booty shake and they go into grandma’s bag.

Kim has been gracious enough to offer Giggles & Sugar Kisses readers a change to win a pair. Here’s how: It’s Baby Safety Month. Visit No Slip Charlie and watch the video. It’s less than a minute. Kim’s offering 20% off the gloves during the month of September if you want to order now. After viewing the video and browsing Return to our blog and let us know which pair you would like to win, pink or blue, if you don’t order. Subscribe to our blog and you can enter twice. This contest is open to US and Canada residents 18+. Contest will end mid-night October 20, 2008.
