The site offers Orthodontic pacifiers.  You can actually see what the personalized pacifier with your child’s name will look like on the site.  They have a variety of colors and symbols to choose from.  You can choose the same color or mix it up for a little variety for the personalized pacifiers.  This site is worth a visit, the pacifiers will make a great baby gift.

Fabulous Baby Finds – Mud Pie Boots

Are these boots adorable or what?  As you know, I’m a high heel boot wearing momma.  So is my daughter, and we’re training my granddaughter.  I had to share this find with you.  I purchased them for Zarriah this Christmas.  I can’t wait to see her with these on with her skinny jeans.  Yep, I found a pair of skinny jeans for her too. 

The boots are made by Mud Pie, and they look as great in person as they do in the photo.  Most of Mud Pie clothing line fits ages 0-6 months.  The boots follow the same sizing, so Zarriah should get a lot of wear out of them. 

I found them at Amazon  for $22.99.  I’m an Amazon Mom, so shipping is free. The boots have a velcro closure, so you can adjust them when needed.  The ribbon is made of satin and is high quality.  The label states that the boots can be machine washed, but I would be leery.  I’ll spot clean them.  If you’re looking for an after Christmas gift or nice baby shower gift, head over to Amazon and order a pair of these.  They are adorable, you won’t be disappointed.

Big Book for Dads Give Away

It’s no secret that Dads are usually left out of celebrations such as baby showers or just the experience of having a new baby. Mom gets the attention initially and than baby. Dads linger in the background, waiting patiently to take on his new role.  He endures mom’s mid-night cravings and mood swings as she gains the attention of family, friends and strangers alike.

I remember my son-in-law enduring the attention that my daughter was getting when she was carrying my grandson. He was so loving and willing to take the back seat. He did ask for a stroller and car seat of his own when the baby was born. He didn’t want to worry about taking the car seat of his truck once it was installed and he wanted to have his own stroller for leisurely walks in the morning or evenings. He is a great father and spends hours with his son playing, reading, giving him a bath, doing everything a father loves to do with his son.  I am so blessed to have him as my son-in-law.

Little Chickie Onesie Give Away

I’m going to run with scissors! A mother’s worst night mare, but so cute on this onesie. I could see my 18 month old grandson wearing this. It’s adorable and the products are made with 100% organic cotton. We found it at Little Chickie’s Wear, and guess what they have more.

I was excited when Barabar asked me to review The Baby Dipper Bowl. We’re always on the look out for products that make make life easier for mom. When I received the set, I was impressed. I love the color of the bowl and the shape was well thought out. The shape helps with placing the food onto the spoon and the spoon rests in the bowl easily. Great concept if you have the baby in your arms rather than the high chair, which happens often when visiting friends or grandma.

The spoon is contoured with a contrasting handle in yellow. This is a great stimulation for baby. The bowl has a non-slip base to help prevent sliding. This benefit is two-fold, great bonus for mom keeping the bowl stationary while feeding baby and a great bonus for toddlers learning to feed themselves.

No Slip Charlie Give Away

Get a grip on your wet baby with No Slip Charlie. I had an opportunity to try No Slip Charlie on my grandson. They are wonderful. I only wish that I discovered them when he was an infant. My daughter was intimidated when it came to bathing Xavier. She was so afraid that he was going to slip out of her hands. She didn’t become comfortable bathing him until he was several months old. These gloves would be have been a perfect solution to calm her fears.
Before No Slip Charlie, I used a loofah on my grandson. He loves for Gran to use No Slip Charlies now. He gets a kick out of seeing my fingers wiggle through the opening, and the mitts are softer against his skin than the loofah.

These nifty gloves were invented by Kim Shulman. Kim understood the stress of new moms and slippery babies after the birth of her son, Charlie. The bathroom can be a dangerous area with a wet baby. Kim decided to take action, we now have No Slip Charlie named after her son.

The gloves are made of a soft fabric that allows you to grip your baby comfortably. Your fingers are free to shampoo your baby’s hair to and touch them lovely during bath time. The package also contains terry cloth mitts for bathing baby. They slip off easily when needed, and are available in pink and blue.
