I wanted to take the time to wish each of you a Happy Easter! My mother earned her wings Monday, April 15. So, we will be extending our break from Sunday’s Best Linkup so I can grieve and prepare for her Home Going Celebration. She lived a long life, 80 years young, and fought a good fight until the end.
She leaves behind 7 children, 1 step son, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 30 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. And, too many nieces, nephews and cousins to count. What a legacy!

Happy Easter! I’m so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing, but I love the idea of her “Homegoing Celebration!” To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord! She is home! Hallelujah!
