54 Delicious Must Have Game Day Recipes

Today, I’m sharing parenting tips on game day recipes that you will want to share to family and friends. They’re perfect for football season.  Cooler weather, favorite teams and arch rivals, family and friends and good food are high on the list.

Candied Bacon– This recipe uses beer, so it may not be for everybody.  But, it sure looks yummy.  Candied bacon can be made with brown sugar minus the beer too.

Lemon Pepper Wings – Some like it peppery, some like it tangy.  These wings will give you both flavors, and they’re perfect for game day!

Sweet Cream Cheese Won Tons –  Won Tons are one of favorite foods.  This recipes gives you several options for your filling.  Whatever you choose, I’m sure they’re going to be yummy.  Perfect finger food for game day.

Snickers Pops –  Who doesn’t love Snickers.  These pops are perfect for game day.

Guacamole Dip –  If you love guacamole, you must add this dip to your game day menu.

Fried Pickles – Fried pickles have become a favorite with my daughter and me.  They are truly delicious.

Coconut Shrimp – If you’re having a large crowd, I wouldn’t suggest serving shrimp.  Otherwise, these coconut shrimp look divine and per for game day.

Sweet and Salty Snack Mix –  Perfect mix when you craving something sweet.  Great snack for the kids too.

Pull Apart Pigs in a Blanket – This will be a hit on game day for sure.

Loaded Baked Potatoes – A budget friendly recipe that is loaded with cheese, bacon, chives and green onions.

Sriracha Deviled Eggs – Add the sriracha or leave it out.  Either way, deviled eggs are a great addition to a Game Day menu.

Bacon and Sausage Appetizers – Spicy sausage and bacon.  Yes, please.

Chile Con Queso – Grab a bag of tortilla chip.  It’s you will need to scoop up this cheesy deliciousness.

Crockpot Bourbon Lil Smokies –  You can’t go wrong with this crockpot dish.  Toss the Lil Smokies into the crockpot along with 4 other ingredients and let them do their thing.  By game time, you will already have a winner.

Meatballs in Grape Jelly Sauce – This recipe is very similar to mine. The difference, Tammilee uses frozen meatballs and I use fresh ground beef with lots of seasonings. My brother requests my meatballs for his tailgate parties. He wins every year at our local college for the best parties.

Gluten Free Guacamole Bites – Tostitos scoops, guacamole, grape tomatoes and shredded cheese will help curb hunger on game day.

Pretzel Dogs –  Perfect for those who like to dip their dogs or those who just want to pop a few in their mouth without the sauce.

Instant Pot Chili – Chili is the perfect dish to fill up family/guests on game day.

Game Day Cocktail – Don’t forget the cocktails on game day!

Honey BBQ Slow Cooker Wings –  I love being able to use my slow cooker on busy or lazy days.  Toss a bag of wing pieces into your slow cooker.  Mix with the spices and sauce in the recipe and take a nap or run those errands.

White Bean Spinach Dip – – Healthy and hearty.  Scoop it up with your favorite veggies.

Slow Cooker Corn Dip – Pull out your slow cooker and transfer to a serving dish a game time.  I love slow cooker recipes.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts – Bacon wrapped around water chestnuts. Sounds yummy, right.  Make this budget friendly appetizer.

Spicy Artichoke Dip –  If you love artichokes, you’ll love this dip.  It’s perfect for game day.  Make it as spicy as you want or leave out the hot sauce.  Serve with crackers or toast.

Pizza Dip – Make a change, serve this pizza dip instead of pizza at your next game day gathering.

Gluten Free Bacon Tomato Cups – Ready in 30 minutes, and a nice gluten free addition to the table.

Baked Potato Slices – Get out your potato slicer and load those slices up with cheese, bacon bites, and green onions.  Yum!

Philly Cheese Steaks – Perfect for Eagles fans or those who aren’t.  The best thing, these can be cooked in a slow cooker.

Bacon Chips – For the bacon lovers.  Make plenty, your guests/family will devour them in no time.

Pimento Cheese Spread – Great with Melba Toast or variety of crackers .

BLT Dip – Great for those who are watching their carb intake.   Serve with veggies.

Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings – The wings are excellent for the young and old.  Not spicy, so you won’t have to make separate dishes.

Caramel Crunch Popcorn – A sweet treat is nice during the Super Bowl.  I love the game day cups too!

Spinach Dip –  A quick and delicious dip that is perfect with veggies.  It’s a favorite in my house.

Cowboy Caviar – Not everyone want to eat heavy or fried foods.  Try this dip with Tostitos.

Buffalo Chicken Tacos – Fill your guests up with these chicken tacos.  Delicious and easy on the budget too.

Hot Pepper Jelly Wings – I like my wings hots.  Add these to your game day menu if you and your family like it hot too.

Bacon Jalapeno Mac and Cheese – This twist on mac and cheese is perfect for game day.  I love being able to serve it individually too.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread with Bacon – Perfect way to feed a crowd.  Buy the premade flatbread and get it done!

Air Fryer Chinese Chicken Wings –  Use that air fryer on busy days and cook up these Chinese Chicken Wings.  Add some vegetable fried rice and you’re done.

Bunless Burgers – These bunless burgers will be devoured.  Perfect appetizers for game day.

Jalapeno Wonton Cups – Jalapeno Poppers in a Wonton Cup!  Yep, and you can make them in 30 minutes.

Mini Quiches –  Who said Quiches are just for breakfast?  These days, breakfast is dinner too.  Serve them for game day.

Maple Bacon Wrapped Lil Smokies –  5 ingredients is all you need to make these delicious Lil Smokies.  Always a crowd favorite.

Mini Cheese Ball Bites –  I love serving individual appetizers and game day dishes.  These mini cheese balls are perfect for those game day dinner plates.

Peanut Butter Football –  This peanut butter shaped football and Vanilla Wafers are sure to be a hit.  You can also add pretzels for a salty sweet affect.

Jamaican Jerk Wings – One of my favorite wings.  These will be sure to score a touch for sure.

Jalapeno Popper Football – Jalapeno anything is alright with me.  I loved that the popper is in the shape of a football.  Nice center piece for the table.  Add crackers and pretzels and you’re good to go.

Pineapple Habanero Wings –  The key to these flavorful wings, to get them crispy before the pineapple habanero sauce is added.

Antipasto Skewers – Get creative with your antipasto skewers.  Visit the olive bar and deli for a great selection of cheese and meats.

Football Twinkies – These Twinkies will be a conversation piece for sure on the game day table.

Texas Style Queso – This cream Queso is perfect with Tostitos.  Whip a batch of corn dogs for extra yummy treat.

Veggie Cups – Easy addition to the table, and healthy.

Meatball Subs – Fill up your guests with this meatball sub.  It’s a great way to combine a pot of chili and a sub sandwich.

      Hi Diana.  My grandchildren love mac and cheese.  My grandson loves jalapeno and bacon, my granddaughter loves bacon not jalapeno.  I plan to divide the recipe for them, lol.  For game day, there will be no deviations. Yum!  Thanks for sharing your recipe!
