For as easy as it is to find just about anything on Pinterest, that sometimes makes it feel overwhelming and I like that I can use posts like this to streamline my searches.”

We all know life changes after childbirth, but it also changes our bodies and not for the better. Accepting these changes requires a look back and a look forward, and that’s exactly what this blogger did as she tells her story.”
